Preconstruction Planning & Permits

Our Preconstruction Planning process involves the selection of Designers and Engineers to conceptualize your vision. Northpoint’s Cost Estimators will collaborate with the Designers throughout the design phase in order to produce the most cost effective construction plans to meet your needs. Our services extend to obtaining Building, Mechanical (plumbing & HVAC) and Electrical permits for the project.

Architectural

Design

Northpoint Construction has in-house drafting and space planning capabilities to producing drawings and 3D renderings of designs in order to give our clients a preview of their home or commercial space after construction is complete.

This service also enables work to be done in stages, and commence earlier than waiting for a full set of drawings - ultimately saving our clients time and money.

Management

Northpoint’s Construction Management Services encompasses the entire project cycle – starting at the design stage through to permits and the management of the project to completion.
